Over the last year, Spectranet has assessed and evaluated different technologies and mediums which would facilitate in providing the best data services best suited for Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT) & Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About The Job Role

  • Additionally, candidates must have experience in fiber sales and a management portfolio of enterprise clients.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the sales process and a proven track record in managing large accounts.
  • The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by managing relationships with key enterprise clients.
  • The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet our clients' needs.
  • They should have a background in telecommunications or Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and possess extensive knowledge and experience in Enterprise and B2B business.
  • Candidates must be familiar with Lagos as a city and its business environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and target potential enterprise clients to expand the customer base.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts with enterprise clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.

Job Requirement

  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Candidates must be familiar with Lagos as a city and its business environment.
  • Must have experience in fiber sales and a management portfolio of enterprise clients.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, with a demonstrated history of managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You should have a background in telecommunications or Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and possess extensive knowledge and experience in Enterprise and B2B business.
